To place an Order, you can create an account using your email address on this website. Please confirm that the information you filled in during registration is accurate and true. To complete your order, you are required to follow the steps in the website. You will receive an Order Confirmation email after you have completed payment.
3. Price and Payment
We, TEVO Creations Sdn. Bhd. will make sure all the details, descriptions and pricings are accurate and always up-to-date. If we discover a pricing issue in any products you have ordered, we will inform you via phone call or email as soon as possible to either reconfirm your Order or cancel it. A full amount of the cancelled order will be refunded to you.
All the prices of our Products are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged based on your total purchase amount. Delivery charges will be clearly stated before checkout and payment made.
4. Payment Methods
To complete your Order, you can pay using any of our payment partners KIPLE PAYMENT GATEWAY on our Platform. If we do not receive the payment or payment is not completed, the Order is considered incomplete and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All your bank cards or bank account data will be protected.
5. Submitted Mistaken Orders
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Platform, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will try our best to process your request.
6. Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to withdraw or add Products on this Platform at any time and/or remove or edit any content on this website. If there are any exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amount will be fully refunded to you.
We aim to deliver the Product to you in our standard delivery timeline within 5 working days. The delivery time will be indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. We shall notify you if we are unable to arrange for delivery. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by any third party.
8. Cancellation on Non-Faulty Products
Once an Order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled. If you have any issues regarding your Order, please email email@example.com. Any order cancellation or refund is subject to transaction charges from the payment gateway.
9. Return and Replacement Policy on Faulty Products
Product image as seen on the Platform may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive due to capturing angle and brightness.
If you encounter any defect, damage or issue with the product, kindly notify us within 3-5 working days upon parcel delivery. You may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via WhatsApp number 0182100388 for further assistance. Kindly provide your order number, name, email address, evidence of defects ( in video or photo form ), contact number, details of the Product and the reason for replacement, and whether you require a replacement. If the returned item is in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and provide replacements.
