Self-Collect Order

  1. Choose [Self pick up] in [Delivery Option]
  2. Fill up the billing address details for references purpose.
  3. Proceed to payment option and checkout
  4. You will receive an email confirmation for your order after payment is successful.
  5. Head to BerryC HQ and contact Ms.Fira at +60 17-729 1228 prior arrival.
  6. Walk into HQ cafeteria, look for Ms.Fira, and provide the website order number or email for verification purposes.

You may collect your order at BerryC HQ on the next day between 4pm to 6pm. Kindly contact Ms.Fira at +60 17-729 1228 for parcel collection.

Unfortunately, BerryC HQ is closed during the weekends. However, we can arrange for your order collection to start on Monday 4pm until 6pm.

You may come to BerryC HQ to collect your order starting on Monday (4pm – 6pm) until Friday (4pm – 6pm). However, we are closed on Public Holidays and weekends, so please plan your visit accordingly. If you are unable to collect your order during the specified times, please contact us to arrange an alternative pickup time or delivery option.

Please come and collect your order at BerryC HQ within 14 days after order confirmation.

Delivery Order

  1. BerryC will ship the goods within 2 working days upon an order has been made.

Customers in Peninsular Malaysia will receive the goods within 5 working days upon payment made.

Yes, you will receive an order notification from our system once payment is made. The tracking number will be sent to your mailbox once we update the tracking number in the system. Do not forget to check your junk mailbox too.

We are using Ninja Van courier services. Kindly visit https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking for parcel tracking purpose ,key in the CN number and click Track Parcel.
